VISION STATEMENT
To develop and implement a LIONS CLUB leadership initiative incorporating generational values.
MISSION STATEMENT
To create, maintain and improve a model program for club leadership that is flexible, exciting and relevant. The result of this initiative will be the direction by which LIONS will build and maintain LIONS CLUBS from all generations.
“To keep members involved, thought should be given to changing the location and/or purpose of a regular meeting from time to time. Meeting at a project site, for a family fun night, or celebrating the completion of a successful project (service or fund raising) could also assist in retaining members.”
